Delivery of the translated work

SHELTER, LDA. will deliver documents and other translated works within the agreed timeframe. The customer will receive them by e-mail or by hand, depending on the location. Additional charges may be added resulting from mailing expenses (DHL for example).

Budget Request

The budgets for the translations are based on the number of words in the original document, the complexity of the matter and the time to complete the translation.

Original documents and certified copies

In case of a certified translation request, the original documents should be sent to us.

Payment modality and Urgent Translations

Requests for translation are subject to a 50% deposit payable at the time of the request. The remaining amount will be due upon completion of the translation and before the translation is sent to the client.

Payment can be made by bank wire transfer or cash payment. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.

In case of an urgent translation request, the full amount, plus 15% (urgency fee) will be due at the time of the translation request.

Complaints

SHELTER, LDA. will process all customer complaints provided they are submitted within a week after delivery of the final translation; the document should not contain changes, and any shortcomings should indicated.

After receiving the complaint, the document will be revised and corrected at no charge to the customer.
